Was toronto on his preferred list at trade deadline though? Doesnt matter how hard they go , if nash dont want to play there you dont get him.

I have never seen the Leafs in such a sad state. I don't see anybody dealing with them, nor do I see any UFA wanting to sign here.
Things have gone from bad to worse to abysmal.

Marlies doing well in the playoffs would be the only positive, If they bow out early, then ....

I personally think they should keep him. But they handled the trade deadline so terribly with him, it might be best to part ways. I don't see him in Toronto though.

I think he's made it a poop hole for himself though. I can't see management wanting to keep him knowing he doesn't want to be there. Would management want him knowing he's not giving it his all? I'm not sure Nash would do that, but I think the team has to trade him. Time to move on and hope what they get for him can help that team more than he could.

I personally just dont want this to be "The Summer of Rick Nash".

Rick Nash, to me anyway, is one of the most over-rated professional athletes alive.
